Our Mission

Led by Ana Ricciuti, a seasoned professional with decades of experience as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Divorce Coach, and Child Specialist, the AGR Center exists to help families move forward with clarity, empathy, and a plan that protects the wellbeing of everyone involved—especially the kids.

Our Mission

To guide individuals and organizations from where they are to where they aspire to be by delivering expert project management consulting, leadership coaching, and strategic support—executed with precision and rooted in service.

Expertise Grounded in Experience

Before founding AGR Center, Ana worked as a Senior Behaviour Interventionist, specializing in autism and developmental needs.

Her work in this field shaped her belief that every family deserves a customized approach—one that respects the unique dynamics at play, including neurodivergence, high-conflict dynamics, and the developmental needs of children.

She now brings that same care and insight into her work as:

A Clinical Counsellor, supporting individuals processing the emotional weight of family changes

A Divorce Coach, helping clients navigate collaborative family law with confidence and calm.

A Child Specialist, acting as a voice for children during separation, ensuring their developmental and emotional needs are considered every step of the way.

What AGR Center Stands For

At AGR Center, families are never treated as problems to be fixed—but as people with stories, strengths, and futures worth building.

Ana believes the path to a healthier co-parenting relationship is paved with understanding, structure, and support. Whether a family is just beginning the divorce process, or navigating the day-to-day of post-separation parenting, AGR Center offers the tools and support they need.

The values at the heart of AGR Center are:

  • Compassion over conflict

  • Structure without rigidity

  • Support tailored to neurodivergent needs

  • Child-centered planning

  • Honest, practical guidance—without judgment
