New Clients

​If you would like to register as a new client in my practice, kindly note that I operate at a fairly high caseload volume.

My session availability is limited as a result, or, I may activate a waitlist.

Please note that my afternoon availability is very limited so if you require immediate services in the afternoon/evening, it may be over a month before I have availability in that time frame.

I do add morning sessions in, even if temporarily, for onboarding clients to hold active status until afternoon availability becomes open.

1. Registering as a New Client 

• Please fill out the following form: Registering as a New Client 

• Please expect a few days before receiving further communication from me after you submit your form on the registration page. 

• My first contact email to you will include an intake form to help me prepare for your case. Please be certain to read very carefully, all of the information on that email as I describe the next steps for us to proceed.

• Please monitor your junk/spam email as the emails that come through are from my encrypted software. 

• Please refrain from calling for information, as I am typically in sessions throughout the day. I am best reached via email for any inquiries.
